Introduction
Quantock Brewery, known for high-quality craft beers, wanted to boost awareness and footfall at their Taproom. Therefore, they asked LemonTop to design promotional materials that would catch attention while clearly showing the Taproom experience.
The Challenge
The brewery needed printed materials that worked across multiple formats, including A3 posters and A5 flyers, while staying consistent with their brand identity.
They also needed designs that would appeal to a wide audience—from craft beer fans to casual visitors—while highlighting seasonal beers, events, and tastings. Consequently, the key challenge was to create visuals that were both eye-catching and informative, helping the Taproom stand out in a competitive market.
Our Approach
To tackle this, we first studied the Taproom’s brand identity and audience. Then, we developed concepts using bold visuals, bright colors, and clean typography. This ensured each poster and flyer grabbed attention quickly, even in busy spaces.
We also included the brewery’s existing branding—like their logo, signature colors, and beer imagery—to maintain consistency. This meant every piece reinforced the brewery’s identity while clearly communicating the Taproom’s offerings.
Furthermore, we created flexible layouts so Quantock Brewery could easily update event details, seasonal beers, or featured promotions. This approach ensured the materials would remain relevant over time.
Implementation
Once designs were approved, we produced A3 posters for high-traffic areas and A5 flyers for local distribution and events. Posters attracted attention from a distance, while flyers gave people something to take home.
We also worked closely with the brewery to ensure messaging was consistent across both formats. By balancing strong visuals with clear, concise text, we made sure each piece communicated the Taproom experience effectively.
Results
The posters and flyers successfully increased awareness of the Taproom, drawing more visitors from the local area and beyond. People noted the bold, professional design, saying it made the Taproom feel modern, approachable, and welcoming.
The flexible materials also allowed the brewery to promote seasonal events and special beers quickly. By combining visual appeal with strategic messaging, the materials not only encouraged visits but also strengthened the brewery’s reputation for quality craft beer.
Conclusion
This project shows how strong print materials can boost a brewery’s marketing. By using bold visuals, consistent branding, and adaptable layouts, LemonTop helped Quantock Brewery promote their Taproom effectively.
As a result, these posters and flyers increased footfall, raised awareness, and reinforced the brand’s presence. By combining creative design with practical usability, the Taproom promotion became a key part of Quantock Brewery’s marketing strategy.
