New design for the ITV logo

ITV have recently rebranded all five UK TV channels and its online presence. Led by ITV’s in-house creative team, the branding includes a new ITV logo and a bespoke corporate typeface.

ITV Creative commissioned Matt Rudd of Rudd Studio and also type designers Fontsmith to help with the new identity and create a corporate ITV typeface. The typeface produced is called ‘ITV Reem‘, endearingly titled from the ITV show TOWIE expression, “It’s well reem!”

ITV’s website at itv.com has also been given the new identity, and Reem typeface. The new look homepage has been designed to enable viewers to quickly and easily find the content they want and also offers users accessing the site via mobile devices easy and quick navigation.
